Thoughts on the Logo

Headings on our website are written in Arvid, the base font is Montserrat. The brand name RATING©WATCH is also written in Arvid.

The font Arvid is somewhat reminiscent of typewriters. The roots of our stock rating and credit rating know-how go back to the time when typewriters were still used in the 1980s.

Analysts do not waste their time on graphic design questions, but instead concentrate on the content. The logo should remind us of this. Therefore, this is also the only post on design issues of our logo in our own cause.

The green “c” in the circle appears like a copyright symbol. With a little imagination, however, one can also imagine an eye with a pupil in it – an eye watching. Seen in this way, the copyright symbol becomes an illusion or tilt image. Often the impressions and information we have about companies and assets are like picture puzzle.

The copyright symbol can be placed on any original piece of work created. Originality should be a constant incentive.

Green is the color of our corporate identity for RATING EVIDENCE GmbH. The color (#00ff00 hex color) glows against the black background and therefore also improves the legibility of the logo.
